Crickley Hill in the Country Park of Birdlip is an awesome place to visit. There are several high points in the Cotswold but for accessability this has to be the best, not to mention the views! You can drive up near the summit and parking is a maximum of £3 for the whole day, from here you can easily access the trails and take in the fabulous panoramic views.
I planned on visiting the day before, Sunday, but when I arrived the weather was cloudy and glum, the sunset was poor and it turned out to be a disappointing night. Monday though turned out to be bright and beautiful and after spending the day in Bibury (Recommended) I made my way to Crickley Hill early evening. The next couple of hours was spent walking the paths and trying to find a good location for a photo..... More so trying to decide which of the amazing views to choose!... I settled on this shot as I like the composition, it has the fields for miles, the foresty woodlands and the pathed hill walks.

The rest of the village of Bibury is beautiful, with old cottages and traditional English pubs. The scenery and feel to the place is amazing and I just wish I had more time to explore.
